I use Limewire Pro, works very well. Limewire on its own is also good, but I feel the pro version is better. As download mp3 softwarefor the others... wouldn't trust most of them as far as I can throw them. Kazaa is LOADED with spyware, malware, adware and the like...

an OLD version of BearShare is the best! (the latest release is all anti-copyright infringedownload mp3 softwarement protected and you have to pay for stuff, despicable!) The older releases work with the Gnutella network but without ANY pesky unwanted crap, like ad-loggers etc. It's still widely available on-line.
