You could try torrenting them, a lot of people do that,download pc games online but it is definitely illegal. If you're brave, you could try P2P software, like Limewire, but you'll probably end up getting a virus.
Bottom line is, if you want PC games legally and safely, you're going to have to pay for them. I would recommend getting steam.
